Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in WAF, Reverse Proxy, and API protection
- Strong knowledge of application and network security strategies
- Experience in cyber risk management and threat assessment

Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the global strategy for Web Application Security & Protection (WASP)
- Own the investment roadmap for WASP and ensure its successful delivery
- Prioritize common backlogs to enhance risk reduction and strategic needs
- Foster innovation and continuous improvement in cybersecurity technologies
- Collaborate with teams to develop technical solutions that align with business needs
- Partner with external providers to integrate best practices and cutting-edge tools
- Define, operate, and mature business services for security adoption and tuning
- Oversee WASP processes from platform acquisition to federated operation
- Ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management
- Lead and inspire a global team of cybersecurity experts
Description
We are seeking a Cybersecurity leader to join our team as a WAAP Capability/Product Lead in London/Sheffield under a hybrid working model. This senior role will play a crucial role in shaping our long-term cybersecurity strategy and driving the delivery of our Web Application Security & Protection initiatives across the bank. You will report directly to the Global Head of Network Security, working in a collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
