- Knowledge of GCOOMS, ArcGIS, GCP, and Kubernetes
- Understanding of Java and willingness to learn new technologies
- Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux Operating System & Shell Scripting
- SQL and PL/SQL knowledge
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of L2 and L3 operations in OSS, B2B, Wholesale, and Corporate domains
- Experience in root cause analysis and problem management of recurring issues
- Ability to create workarounds for junior team members
- Experience in change management, planning, coordination, and deployment in pre-prod and production environments
- Responsible for CSIP and automation of manual jobs/activities
- Experience in analyzing vulnerabilities and progressing vulnerability fixes
- Capacity management experience
- Experience in disaster recovery activities and failover testing
- Ability to create SOPs for L1 and L2 junior resources
Responsibilities
- Lead the tech support team and provide application support
- Manage and maintain telecom applications
- Conduct root cause analysis and manage recurring issues
- Create and implement workarounds for junior team members
- Perform change management, planning, coordination, and deployment in both pre-prod and production environments
- Oversee CSIP processes and automate manual tasks
- Analyze vulnerabilities and facilitate their fixes
- Conduct capacity management and disaster recovery activities
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for junior resources
- Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient support operations
