Requirements
Must:
- 12 years of experience in the IT industry, with 10 years specifically in Appian
- Certified Level 2 Appian Developer
- Minimum of 5 years in Technical Architecture, Application Development, Business Process Management, and/or Enterprise Application Integration (BPM tools)
- 3 years of experience defining and documenting architecture for technology implementations
- 3 years of experience in Enterprise Application Integration (SOA, ESB) and n-tier client-server architectures
- 4 years in software development lifecycle for large-scale business-critical applications using Agile methodologies
- 3 years of experience in Business Architecture, including identifying and decomposing business capabilities
- 4 years of experience in Business Process Modeling and Optimization
- 4 years of recent hands-on experience with Appian
- 3 years of experience developing Appian Plugins
- 4 years of experience designing and implementing SOAP and REST Web Services
- 4 years of working knowledge of Application Servers (JBoss, WebLogic, IIS, Tomcat)
- 4 years of experience in configuring, debugging, and systems integration
- 4 years of experience with relational databases and SQL scripting, preferably Oracle Databases
- 3 years of experience with Appian SAIL Design
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Telecom domain experience is desirable
Responsibilities
- Develop and document comprehensive technical architectures and designs for applications using Appian
- Lead application development projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and Agile methodologies
- Optimize and manage business processes to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate enterprise applications and services
- Customize and develop Appian solutions, including plugins and interfaces
- Design and implement Web Services, ensuring robust and scalable solutions
- Conduct system integration and configuration for application servers
- Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing applications to ensure peak performance
- Engage in business architecture tasks, capturing and decomposing business capabilities and requirements
