Requirements
Must:
- I require candidates to have ServiceNow - SaaS experience.
- Candidates must possess SC clearance, SC expired, or be SC eligible.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience is required.
- Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow System Administrator Certification and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Service Portal, and Scoped applications is essential.
- Familiarity with core ITIL processes (CMDB, Incident, Problem, and Change) is mandatory.
- Experience in BCM module and TPRM module is also desired.
- Proficient in AJAX, Jelly, or PERL scripting.
- Strong process management and project management skills are needed.
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM project management methodologies is preferred.
Responsibilities
- I will engage closely with the ITMS Process Architect, customer personnel, business analysts, the IT support team, and other technical teams to ensure that business needs around the implementation of the ServiceNow platform are met in a controlled and predictable manner.
- I will create technical architecture, design, and user guide documentation.
- Gathering requirements, designing, developing, and maintaining application integration with any third-party applications will be part of my role.
- I will provide external client-facing consulting services within a technology-focused practice, which may include areas such as Data/Database, Security, Network, Product, and Technical Architecture.
- I am expected to meet personal utilization and revenue goals through strong delivery capability and relevant skillsets.
- I will communicate in formal presentation settings, including proposal presentations, client workshops, and regional internal events, and develop proposal sections, methodology work products, and formal written deliverables covering my areas of expertise.
- Additionally, I will design, develop, and maintain custom code for all ServiceNow modules.
- I will support iterative configuration of the HRSD application, engaging stakeholders to conduct reviews through joint design sessions.
