Requirements
Must:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in IT service management, with at least 5 years specifically on ServiceNow
- Experience and understanding of the Telecom domain, particularly in Service Fulfillment
- Proven experience in driving design and requirement gathering discussions with customers
- Ability to create understandable designs for development team consumption
- Strong understanding of Order Management processes and Telecom inventory
- ServiceNow CIS certifications in CSM or Telecom-specific products
- Ability to comprehend and align with complex enterprise landscapes and architectures
- In-depth understanding of proactive and reactive assurance processes
- Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices in design and leveraging TSM & TSOM
- Familiarity with inventory and fulfillment models for GPON, XGS-PON, and other Fiber/Co-Ax networks
- Understanding of ODA and TMF APIs
Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow implementations focused on OMT and Inventory solutions
- Engage with customers to gather requirements and refine designs
- Collaborate with development teams to translate designs into working solutions
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices during implementation
- Facilitate discussions on service fulfillment and inventory management
- Support the integration of telecom-specific functionalities into ServiceNow
- Provide guidance on complex enterprise architectures and landscapes
- Establish proactive and reactive assurance processes within ServiceNow
