Requirements
Must:
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
- Experience working with ServiceNow domains
- SC cleared or eligibility to obtain clearance
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Core and Platform modules
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and scripting for ServiceNow customization
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM project management methodologies
- Experience with workflow design, integrations, and performance tuning
- At least 4 to 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and development experience
- Exposure to incident/problem/change management and service catalog development
- Background in troubleshooting and optimizing workflows and scripts
- Strong process management & project management skills
Responsibilities
- Monitor platform health and performance; apply patches and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, escalating to ServiceNow support when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security policies.
- Configure ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
- Develop workflows, forms, and scripts to automate processes.
- Manage notifications, UI pages, and dashboards.
- Create and manage user roles, groups, and ACLs.
- Maintain CMDB health and data integrity.
- Implement ITIL best practices for service management.
- Analyze current processes and propose automation opportunities.
- Support agile development and iterative enhancements.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.
- Gather requirements, design, develop, and maintain application integration with third-party applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom code for all ServiceNow modules.
Description
We are excited to offer a ServiceNow platform administrator/developer position in Warwick for a duration of 3 months, with candidates required to be SC cleared or eligible. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our ServiceNow platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our organizational needs. We offer a dynamic work environment where you will gain hands-on experience and provide training to users while developing automation solutions to enhance efficiency.
