Requirements
Must:
- Experience in monitoring service performance metrics including MTTR/MTBF
- Proficient in ITIL 4 practices
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting
- Experience with JIRA for dashboard creation and management
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and chart creation
- Familiarity with Power BI for dashboard automation (desirable)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility on site
Responsibilities
- Monitor day-to-day service performance across incidents, service requests, change, and defect management
- Track SLA/SLO attainment, backlog health, MTTR/MTBF, change success rate, and defect trends
- Maintain and improve operational dashboards ensuring data freshness, accuracy, and availability
- Produce weekly/monthly performance reports and conduct ad-hoc analyses for service reviews and continuous service improvement
- Investigate performance breaches and outliers, recommending corrective actions and improvement opportunities
- Harmonize data definitions and reporting taxonomies across tools such as JIRA
- Support governance meetings through clear metrics and narratives
Description
