Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in requirements gathering and the ability to create complete technical design and mapping documents. You should have a proven track record in developing, building, and supporting ORACLE Retail Architecture-based integrations using TJX integration technologies. A solid understanding of DevOps concepts and tools is essential. Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and proficiency in both SAFe Agile and Waterfall methodologies are important for this role. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to influence others to achieve desired outcomes are required.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in technology or information systems, or equivalent work experience, alongside over 10 years of IT experience, with at least 6 years in hands-on IT integration development. Expertise in key TJX IT Integration technologies and tools such as ACE, WAS, and DataStage is necessary. Development experience with tools like Dell Boomi, Apigee, Talend, and PL/SQL is preferred. A working familiarity with BMC Control M Scheduler, Move it Center, ADF, Java, JIRA, and Confluence would also be advantageous.
Responsibilities
As an integration developer, you will gather requirements effectively and create comprehensive technical design and mapping documentation. Additionally, you will communicate DevOps concepts and practices to team members and stakeholders, ensuring a broad understanding of the software development lifecycle while applying either SAFe Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

This position offers a 6-month contract with a hybrid work model based in Watford, UK, requiring you to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
