Requirements
Must:
- A prior background within cyber security
- Passion to continuously understand and learn the latest in cyber defenses
- Good knowledge of DDoS, Bot, and DNS protection
- Solid understanding of how cyber defense is applied through networking layers (routing/switching, IP, network protocols, firewalls, WAF)
- Ability to take ownership and deal with issues directly, identifying solutions to minimize blocking issues
- Experience engaging and supporting key internal relationships
- Automation experience & associated coding skills in Python or similar (preferred)
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies, encryption & virtualization/containerization (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Protect our customers and colleagues by leveraging knowledge in cyber defenses
- Contribute to the success of the Digital Edge & Cyber Security Team
- Deliver and maintain security solutions for Enterprise and Digital Channels
- Engage with incidents and threats to understand and mitigate future attacks
- Focus on Automation & Terraform for security solutions
- Work with cloud platforms to deliver future security software and configurations using Akamai, GCP, and Azure cloud native products
