Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in a hands-on technical leadership position
- SFI and Core Salesforce Insurance and Health Cloud experienced professional with appropriate certifications
- 5 years of Salesforce development experience, including LWC, Apex, APIs, and Triggers
- 4 years of experience working on deployment teams, ideally using Agile development techniques
- 3 years of SFI Architecture experience in SFI Insurance Cloud, including:
- Product Administration
- Quoting
- Policy Administration
- Contract & Enroll
- First Notice of Loss (FNOL)
- Claims Management
- Calculation procedures and matrices
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable with crafting emails and leading discussions, as well as delivering technical presentations
- Business operations and process experience in the Insurance sector
- Proven ability to direct and drive development teams
- Experience with Agile Methodology/SCRUM Framework
- Salesforce advanced administrator, advanced developer, or technical architect certifications highly preferred
- One or more current Salesforce.com certifications (developer, administrator, sales/service, TA, etc.)
- At least 3 years spent as a Technical Architect on different projects
- SFI Platform Developer/Consultant certification
- Insurance/Health Cloud on Core experience
- SFI CPQ certification or certification in either Salesforce CPQ or Apttus CPQ
- Financial Service Cloud certification
Responsibilities
- Design the key technical components of the solution and guide technical resources to develop and deliver project deliverables
- Reduce overall project technical risk by identifying design issues early in the project life-cycle
- Share implementation best practices and recommend solution alternatives
- Conduct design/code reviews during major project milestones
- Utilize hands-on experience with Omnistudio DataRaptor, Omni Studio FlexCards, Omnistudio Omni Script, SFIDX, Omnistudio Integration Procedures, and Ratings Engine in SFI Insurance Cloud/Health Cloud
- Judge trade-offs with technology feasibility and make choices that fit project constraints
- Serve as the technical expert on Wipro projects focused on Salesforce.com, SFI Insurance Cloud/Insurance on Core, and the Force.com platform
- Work directly with clients to lead projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and develop key components of technology solutions
- Provide mentoring and guidance to team members, including offshore members
- Fulfill commitments on time and proactively escalate risks
- Generate timely status reports, time tracking, and expense reports
- Function as a leader within the organization and industry, serving as a subject matter expert
- Participate actively in discussions and build a reputation as a go-to resource for challenging problems
- Provide presales support as requested and achieve published company utilization targets
Description
We are hiring for the SFI Insurance Cloud Technical Architect position in London, UK. This is a 6-month hybrid contract role where you'll play a pivotal part in designing and implementing business technology solutions focused on cloud-based applications, specifically Salesforce.com. Your experience will be crucial for guiding customer solutions toward their best interests, leveraging creative uses of standard cloud software functionality, and ensuring quality deliverables. You’ll work closely with project managers to monitor project status and identify risk areas while maintaining a collaborative and innovative work environment. Travel to client sites may be required as part of your responsibilities.
