Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in Salesforce testing and QA methodologies. You should be familiar with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Strong programming skills in developing Test Automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar are essential. Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment practices will be a significant advantage. A certification in Salesforce or QA is a plus.
Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Automation Test Lead, you will stay up to date with Salesforce.com system upgrades and understand the constraints of CRM applications. You should be aware of the sales process and will design and execute test cases for Salesforce applications. Collaborating with the QA Lead, developers, and business analysts is vital to meeting business objectives. You will perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not adversely affect existing functionality. Automating test scripts using testing frameworks and tools is expected, along with building and improving the quality of the automation framework. Additionally, you will participate in requirement and design review meetings to provide feedback from a testing perspective.
Description
This position is based in London, UK, and operates on a hybrid model, with 6-month contract roles requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote work. Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills are necessary to succeed in this role. Familiarity with QA testing tools, test automation in Java, Selenium, or QTP, and defect management systems such as JIRA or Octane will be beneficial.
