SFI Insurance Technical Lead

- Demonstrate hands-on experience with Omnistudio DataRaptor, Omnistudio FlexCards, Omnistudio OmniScript, SFIDX, Omnistudio Integration Procedures, Ratings Engine in the SFI Insurance Cloud, including Product Administration, Quoting, Policy Administration, Contract & Enroll, FNOL, Claims Management, and Calculation procedures. - Serve as the technical expert on Wipro projects focused on Salesforce.com, SFI Insurance Cloud, and the Force.com platform. - Design and implement business technology solutions concentrated on cloud-based business applications, specifically Salesforce.com. - Oversee and directly participate in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, configuration, testing, and deployment. - Initiate direct client interactions to lead projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and develop critical components of technology solutions. - Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members, including offshore personnel. - Maintain professionalism in all business dealings, consistently fulfill commitments on time, and proactively escalate issues if necessary. - Actively engage in discussions, building a reputation as a reliable resource for complex problems. - Monitor project status and risk areas in collaboration with project managers. - Generate timely status reports, time tracking, and expense reports. - Function as a leader within the organization and the industry, participating in community leadership and presentations at industry events. - Provide presales support as needed and achieve company utilization targets.
