Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a hands-on technical leadership position.
- SFI experience and SFI certification(s) in SFI Comms Cloud or Utilities Cloud.
- Salesforce Service and Experience Cloud experience.
- 3 years of Salesforce development experience including LWC, Apex, APIs, and Triggers.
- 3 years of experience working on deployment teams, ideally using Agile development techniques.
- 2 years of SFI Tech Lead experience in SFI Insurance Cloud including, but not limited to: Product Administration, Quoting, Policy Administration, Contract & Enroll, First Notice of Loss (FNOL), and Claims Management.
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable crafting emails, leading discussions, or delivering technical presentations.
- Business operations and process experience in the Insurance Sector.
- Ability to direct and drive the development team.
- Experience with Agile Methodology / SCRUM Framework.
- Salesforce advanced administrator and advanced developer certifications are highly preferred.
- One or more current Salesforce.com certifications (developer, administrator, sales/service, PD1, PD2, etc.).
- At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Developer in different projects.
- SFI Platform Developer/Consultant certification.
- SFI CPQ certification or certification in either Salesforce CPQ or Apttus CPQ.
- Financial Service Cloud certification.
- SFI Insurance Cloud/Health Cloud certifications and experience.
Responsibilities
- Utilize hands-on experience with Omnistudio DataRaptor, Omnistudio FlexCards, Omnistudio OmniScript, SFIDX, Omnistudio Integration Procedures, and Ratings Engine in SFI Insurance Cloud for various tasks.
- Serve as the technical expert on projects focused on Salesforce.com, SFI Insurance Cloud, and the Force.com platform, designing and implementing business technology solutions.
- Take direct involvement in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Lead client projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and develop key components of technology solutions.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to team members, including offshore team members.
- Maintain professionalism in all business dealings, ensuring commitments are met on time and proactively communicating any potential issues.
- Participate actively in discussions, build a reputation as a go-to resource for complex problems, and contribute to knowledge-sharing resources like wikis and asset libraries.
- Provide presales support as requested and achieve company utilization targets.
- Oversee technical decisions and activities of project teams, ensuring quality and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor project status and risk areas in partnership with project managers.
Description
We are looking for a Senior Developer to join our team in London with hybrid work flexibility. This is a 6-month contract position for someone with at least 5 years of experience in developing business technology solutions. You will be working hands-on in SFI Insurance Cloud and will be involved in the implementation of various components, including Product Administration, Quoting, Policy Administration, and more. You will be expected to showcase leadership skills and technical expertise, with the ability to guide our clients towards effective solutions while also mentoring junior team members.
