Requirements
Must:
- Strong expertise in Assurance, AIOps, Network Monitoring, and Fault Management
- Deep knowledge of fault/performance management, alarm normalization, topology aware correlation, and SLA monitoring
- Experience in closed loop automation
- Ability to translate operational challenges into intuitive, scalable product features
- Proficiency in using AI/ML techniques for predictive insights
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and backlog prioritization
- Strong data-driven decision making abilities
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of next generation service assurance capabilities
- Enhance real time observability and proactive detection of issues
- Conduct anomaly identification, event correlation, and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Ensure seamless integration with assurance, NOC/SOC workflows, and cross-domain OSS systems
- Develop features that reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and improve service reliability
- Drive operational efficiency through innovative product enhancements
- Collaborate with various teams to prioritize and manage product backlog
