Requirements
Must:
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow CSM, including Business Services, Technical Services, CMDB modelling, Entitlement frameworks, and SLA/Contract behaviours
- Proficiency with Scripted REST APIs and TMF APIs (TMF-632, TMF-637, TMF-638)
- Experience with G-DxL canonical integration layer, async message handling, and queue sequencing
- Familiarity with portal ecosystems such as COVE, Legacy Liferay portals, and the new portal direction (OPF/COVE2.0)
- Proven track record in delivering multi-market enablement products
- Strong ability to define and lead incremental releases across multiple platforms
- Competency in driving consensus across various teams including Group, RO, COVE, DXL, and DevOps
- Ability to interpret complex payloads, data models, state machines, and architecture diagrams
- Skill in challenging markets on data quality, product modelling, and compliance
- Capability to translate technical design decisions into stakeholder communications
- Experience in facilitating design authority sessions across multiple teams
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage product roadmap for SN4B Product Inventory
- Create L3/L4 functional specifications and acceptance criteria
- Update solution intent, RAID, and decision logs
- Produce market onboarding artefacts for Romania and future markets
- Prepare SPDA documentation and ensure sign-off
- Refine backlog packs for SNOW, DXL, and Portal teams
- Oversee test-readiness and regression governance documentation
- Plan for post-MVP rollout including comprehensive scaling strategy
- Ensure zero-defect integration for TMF-637 operations
- Align all stakeholders across Group DX, DXL, SNOW, and Portal teams
- Enforce accurate lifecycle behaviour across all product instances
- Ensure successful market cutover for Romania with full automation in onboarding
