Requirements

- Must be CLSA certified on Pega 8.x, preferably the Infinity version.
- Overall Pega experience should be greater than 10 years.
- Knowledge of Pega installation (Version 24.2).
- Proficiency in breaking down user stories into tasks.
- Ability to support and guide the team while executing tasks individually.
- Experience in updating daily reports for leadership and clients.
- Capability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and need.
- Must be able to create and own High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
- Familiarity with governing and managing Confluence/SharePoint.
- Must know all Pega best practices and guardrails.
- Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
- Excellent knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and other implementation methodologies.
- Expertise in Pega implementation methodologies.
- Knowledge of ECS, Situational Layer Cake, and Case Management.
- Proficient in executing architectural design and implementation.
- Experience in supporting Center of Excellence (CoE) activities.
- Ability to provide estimates for RFPs/RFIs.
- Capability to mentor junior members and team leads.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage workflows, user interfaces, activities, utilities, and decision rules.
- Execute DDL (preferred), DML, and DQL with SQL knowledge.
- Work with various types of rules, including correspondence rules, integration rules (traditional and DX-APIs), and validation rules.
- Utilize debugging tools like Clipboard, Tracer, Rules Inspector, performance tools, PDC, and AES effectively.
- Gain experience with PRPC reporting tools and manage external integrations.
- Understand Constellations, agents, job schedulers, and channel implementation.
- Implement skin rules and possess knowledge of Kafka, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with Blueprint, Gen-AI, and Knowledge Buddy integrations.
