We are looking for an OSS Engineer with experience in data center network builds, particularly within the DCE Programme. You should have a strong focus on improving service and customer engagement. Familiarity with OSS applications, fault ticket resolution, and general administration duties is essential. You will need to work collaboratively with IT teams to develop standard fixes and ensure compliance with relevant IT system standards, including licence management and system security. Experience with StableNet for onboarding devices and configuring monitoring data points is a plus.

Responsibilities
As part of our OSS Operations team, I expect you to own the support of OSS applications, ensuring effective resolution of fault tickets while managing general administration duties. You will proactively manage the applications to enhance reliability and quality, reducing fault volumes and minimizing Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR). Additionally, you will create, review, and modify documentation to meet compliance standards and collaborate with development teams, providing recommendations for IT system improvements. Your role will also involve customer-related projects, such as onboarding devices, configuring alerts, and supporting fault management.

This position is primarily remote, but travel may be required to locations such as Warwick, Wokingham, Corsham, and Farnborough as per customer needs.
