Requirements
Must:
- 8-10 years of experience in Microsoft 365/Purview compliance
- Proven delivery of retention and records management at enterprise scale
- Deep hands-on expertise in Purview Information Governance
- Experience with Records Management and Retention Labels/Policies
- Familiarity with event-based retention and disposition reviews
- Expertise in eDiscovery (Premium) and Litigation Hold
- Strong knowledge of Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams data architecture
- Proficient in scripting and automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
- Experience with CI/CD for policy artifacts
- Regulatory knowledge in FCA/PRA, MiFID II, SEC/FINRA, GDPR/UK DPA
- Demonstrated performance and scaling in tenants with over 100k users in regulated environments
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Microsoft 365/Purview compliance initiatives
- Deliver retention and records management solutions at an enterprise scale
- Implement Purview Information Governance strategies
- Develop and manage Records Management and Retention Labels/Policies
- Conduct event-based retention and disposition reviews
- Handle eDiscovery processes and Litigation Holds
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with IT teams on data architecture for Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
- Utilize scripting and automation for operational efficiency
- Scale compliance solutions for large tenant environments
