Requirements
Must:

- A Bachelors Degree in technology or information systems, or equivalent work experience.
- Over 10 years of IT experience, with at least 6 years of hands-on IT integration development experience.
- Expertise in key TJX IT Integration technologies and tools such as ACE, WAS, and DataStage.
- Preferably, development experience with Dell Boomi, Apigee, Talend, and PL/SQL.
- Working familiarity with BMC Control M Scheduler, Move it Center, ADF, Java, JIRA, and Confluence is advantageous.

Responsibilities
- We expect you to have strong requirements gathering abilities, adeptly create complete technical design and mapping documents, and deliver highly effective integration solutions.
- You will have proven hands-on experience developing, building, and supporting Oracle Retail Architecture-based integrations using TJX integration technologies.
- Solid understanding and communication of DevOps concepts and tools will be critical in your role.
- You will be expected to possess a broad knowledge of the software development lifecycle and be proficient in both SAFe Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent presentation skills will enable you to influence others to achieve desired outcomes.
