Data Analytics Specialist

As a Digital Analytics Specialist, I will oversee the management of data ingestion workflows via AEP Data Collection UI/Adobe Launch and ensure that collected data is accurately mapped to XDM schemas. I will build and maintain a Unified Customer Profile by stitching together anonymous and known identifiers using Identity Service. Additionally, I will create and activate audience segments with AEP Real-time CDP and Segment Builder, facilitating cross-channel audience activation by integrating with various ad and marketing platforms. My responsibilities will encompass designing audience strategies for personalization, retargeting, and developing lookalike audiences. I will work closely with the marketing team to define customer journeys and monitor campaign KPIs such as CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS. Moreover, I will implement and manage tags, SDKs, and tracking pixels, ensuring behavioral data is accurately captured and mapped into the CDP. I will also manage integrations between AEP and various advertising platforms while leveraging AEP APIs for streamlined audience and data management workflows.
