Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment of CRM solutions. You will collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, analyze requirements, and propose innovative solutions that maximize the value of CRM. Your responsibilities will also include configuring and customizing CRM applications to meet client-specific needs, utilizing your in-depth technical knowledge and expertise. You will be hands-on with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development on customer implementations and support CRM system integration projects with existing systems and services. Additionally, you will assist with CRM development and deployment processes, while triaging CRM implementation support issues at the 3rd line level.
Description
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Technical Consultant, specializing in CRM Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. Strong experience with Power Platform technologies such as Automate flows and Power Pages/Portals is essential. You should possess expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities. Familiarity with integration technologies, frameworks, and methods such as Logic Apps, HTTP, JSON, AJAX, and OAuth2 is also required. Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages, along with experience in developing plugins for Dynamics and enhancing Dynamics form customization using JavaScript and HTML, is essential. We look for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CE using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2013, 2015, 2016, or 365. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. You should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, etc.). Familiarity with Dataverse and the Common Data Model (CDM), along with experience using integration tools like KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory, or SSIS, is a plus. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices is expected, and while Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are valued, they are not mandatory.
