Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Appian Design and Development
- Appian Certified Lead Developer or Appian Certified Senior Developer
- Experience with Appian 20.x and above
- Proficient in Process Model, CDT, Records, Reports, and Site design
- Excellent hands-on experience in coding and troubleshooting
- Experience in handling integration objects
- Good experience with SSO and SAML configuration
- Strong knowledge of database optimization, including writing optimized queries, views, and stored procedures
- Familiarity with Process Optimization
- Ability to deliver projects in Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead large programs of work across multiple functional and technical areas
- Knowledge of Appian AI, Process HQ, RPA, and IDP
Responsibilities
- Configure, develop, and conduct functional testing for Appian applications
- Understand business requirements and design solutions aligned with business processes
- Design and develop database objects to support BPM applications
- Participate in daily activities of the Appian BPM development teams
- Lead the continuous integration of code
- Deliver projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
- Optimize processes and enhance application performance
