Requirements
Must:
- Strong technical knowledge of Arctera Veritas Enterprise Vault & Discovery Accelerator architecture, deployment, and administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server (2012, 2016 or later) system administration and network concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Server and Outlook for mailbox archiving and client integration
- Knowledge of Active Directory administration, LDAP, and Microsoft SQL Server as used with Enterprise Vault
- Ability to configure and manage key Enterprise Vault components such as indexing, storage, journal archiving, and file system archiving
- Experience with Enterprise Vault client access options, including Outlook, Vault Cache, Virtual Vault, Office Mail App, and Outlook Web App
- Troubleshooting skills for Enterprise Vault implementations and archiving operations
- Understanding of backup, restore, disaster recovery, and storage retention processes within the Enterprise Vault environment
- Good understanding of compliance eDiscovery process and Discovery Accelerator features
- Familiarity with PST migration tools and mailbox migration processes
- Disaster recovery planning and execution for the archiving environment
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Arctera Veritas Enterprise Vault & Discovery Accelerator systems
- Perform system configurations for Enterprise Vault components and ensure optimal performance
- Oversee mailbox archiving and client integration using Microsoft Exchange Server and Outlook
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Enterprise Vault implementations and archiving operations
- Maintain and manage Active Directory, LDAP, and SQL Server environments in relation to Enterprise Vault
- Plan and execute backup, restore, and disaster recovery for the archiving systems
- Conduct compliance and eDiscovery processes utilizing Discovery Accelerator features
- Facilitate the migration of PST files and oversee mailbox migration processes
- Develop disaster recovery strategies for optimal archiving environment efficiency
Description
We are a dynamic team located in Sheffield, UK, seeking to hire an Arctera Specialist for a 6-month contract, inside IR35. This role offers a hybrid work model with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
