- Development experience in PowerApps
- Knowledge in Power Automate flow design and implementation
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting
- Desirable experience or knowledge in object-oriented programming principles
- Awareness of Power BI or custom SharePoint web part development
- Understanding of React-based web functions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Purview and data retention
- Familiarity with Microsoft licensing models
- Experience in secure software development practices
- Relevant Microsoft or AWS certifications

Responsibilities
- Design, document, implement, and support solutions built on Microsoft SharePoint Online and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Utilize technologies such as Microsoft Graph, PnP PowerShell, SharePoint Designer, and the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)
- Participate in customer support activities through service desk ticket updates
- Provide 2nd, 3rd, and 4th line support across M365 services
- Work collaboratively within a dynamic and collaborative development team
- Attend the office as required for team coordination or other business needs
- Occasionally work out-of-hours depending on business requirements
