Requirements
Must:
- 5 years of Salesforce experience, covering the full range of system configuration.
- At least 3 years of experience designing and delivering advanced Flows, integrations, and automation-heavy solutions.
- Strong understanding of automation processes and system optimisation.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with multiple external systems.
- Proficient in managing multiple priorities and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for data anomalies and patterns.
- Collaborative and helpful attitude towards improving team efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and test new and improved automation processes to enhance efficiency across all business teams.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand needs, redesign processes, and introduce smarter, scalable workflows.
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and other applications using both API and middleware methods.
- Handle day-to-day user support, resolving issues and implementing preventative fixes.
- Deliver full project lifecycles, from scoping and design to testing, deployment, documentation, and training.
- Analyse data to identify errors, trends, and opportunities for deeper automation.
- Explore and implement new technologies, including AI, to improve business operations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and champion best practices across the organisation.
