Requirements
Must:
- You have 5+ years of Salesforce experience, covering the full range of system configuration.
- You have at least 3 years of experience designing and delivering advanced Flows, integrations, and automation-heavy solutions.
- You’re keen to develop your Salesforce skills further and contribute to a thriving, ambitious business.
Responsibilities
- Designing, building, and testing new and improved automation processes to enhance efficiency across all business teams.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand needs, redesign processes, and introduce smarter, more scalable workflows.
- Managing integrations between Salesforce and other applications using both API and middleware methods.
- Handling a portion of day-to-day user support, resolving issues, removing blockers, and implementing preventative fixes.
- Delivering full project lifecycles—from scoping and design through to testing, deployment, documentation, and training.
- Analyzing data to identify errors, trends, and opportunities for deeper automation.
- Exploring and implementing new technologies, including the growing influence of AI on business operations.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes and championing best practices across the organization.
