Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of a CCNA Cisco certification and proven experience in network engineering within a multi-site environment. A strong knowledge of Cisco and Fortinet technologies is essential. Experience with Zscaler, Azure, and monitoring tools would be a plus. Additionally, excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills are necessary, along with a full UK Driving Licence.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide Tier 2/3 support for network issues, ensuring incidents are resolved within established SLAs. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Cisco-focused infrastructure and cloud environments. Supporting Fortinet security and SD-WAN solutions, as well as Zscaler deployments, will also be part of your duties. You will monitor and report on network/cloud performance, implementing proactive improvements as needed. Additionally, you will document changes to ensure compliance with standards and policies and collaborate on infrastructure projects and standardization initiatives.
