Microsoft 365 Engineer

In this role, you will administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 tenant, ensuring system availability, security, and performance. You will manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions across Microsoft 365 services. Responsibilities also include configuring and maintaining Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related services. You will implement and manage Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Centre policies, including DLP, retention, and MFA. Additionally, you will support and maintain Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) integrations, conditional access policies, and identity governance. You will oversee Intune/Endpoint Manager for device enrollment, compliance, and application deployment, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Microsoft 365 environment, and develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and governance policies. Staying current with Microsoft 365 updates, features, and best practices is also part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with IT, security, and business teams to enhance user experience and ensure compliance will be key.
