Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Office365, and SharePoint Online.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to solving IT issues.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and data retention best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Awareness of data protection principles (PII) and secure coding practices.
- Understanding of ETL processes and data workflows.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our team to develop and test new features for our in-house EDRMS built on SharePoint Online.
- Triage and support 1st and 2nd line support tickets, with a pathway to progress into 3rd line support.
- Help maintain and enhance scripts and automation workflows using PowerShell and M365 tools.
- Create clear and helpful documentation for internal use and knowledge bases.
- Contribute to building out capabilities across the M365 ecosystem, including Purview, retention policies, and workflow solutions.
