Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a customer-facing technical support role (in person and remote)
- Working knowledge of ITIL principles
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- At least 2 years’ experience administering Microsoft Azure, including:
- Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Intune
- Autopilot
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Solid networking knowledge:
- IP addressing & subnetting
- Network cable patching
- Basic router/firewall configuration
- Strong experience supporting Windows desktop environments
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users in person, by phone, and via Microsoft Teams
- Administer and support Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and end-user devices
- Support and maintain Windows desktop environments
- Assist with device deployment using Intune and Autopilot
- Troubleshoot and maintain networking infrastructure, including basic router and firewall configuration
- Follow ITIL-aligned processes for incident, problem, and change management
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to service improvements
- Carry out on-site technical surveys, installations, and support when required
