Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in customer-facing or MSP environments.
- Strong technical expertise in Azure (IaaS, PaaS, AVD), Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, and networking.
- Experience with cloud governance, security, and automation (ARM/Bicep/Terraform).
- Confident working with REST APIs and monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver cloud infrastructure and transformation projects, primarily on Microsoft Azure.
- Ensure projects meet cost, time, scope, and compliance targets.
- Collaborate with support and delivery teams for smooth service transition.
- Provide clear project updates and documentation.
- Identify automation opportunities and process improvements using Azure-native tools.
- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
- Support strategic account planning and resource reporting.
