We are looking for someone with proven experience in managing and developing technical teams within an IT support or infrastructure environment. A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is necessary. You should have experience in IT Helpdesk or Support Management, along with a strong background in infrastructure, networks, and desktop support. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. We value strong business awareness and the ability to align IT services with organizational goals. You should be customer-centric, adaptable, and calm under pressure, with a passion for service excellence.

Responsibilities
As our IT Infrastructure and Helpdesk Manager, I will ask you to lead, inspire, and manage the IT Helpdesk team, promoting a culture of inclusion, accountability, and high performance. You will mentor team members through structured coaching, development plans, and regular feedback. Identifying training needs and coordinating learning opportunities to enhance skills will also be part of your role. You will oversee daily Helpdesk and infrastructure operations, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues in line with SLAs. Your responsibilities will include implementing and maintaining best practice processes, managing vendor relationships, and leading infrastructure projects such as system upgrades and migrations. Additionally, you will promote cybersecurity best practices and manage the helpdesk ticketing system while supporting facilities management to meet physical and digital infrastructure needs.
