Must:
We are looking for an individual with experience leading engineering teams in SaaS or platform-based businesses. You should have a strong background in Microsoft Azure, specifically with .NET, C#, T-SQL, and DevOps. A passion for building inclusive, supportive, and high-performing teams is essential, alongside excellent communication and stakeholder skills. Additionally, we value those with an interest in applying AI and automation to simplify processes and enhance productivity.
Responsibilities
As our Head of Engineering, you will lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams. Your role will involve defining and delivering the engineering roadmap while ensuring quality and innovation. You will be responsible for building strong collaborations between engineering and wider business teams. Furthermore, you will explore new technologies to improve workflows and deliver value, all while overseeing compliance, resilience, and information security.
