Requirements
Must:
We seek a proven leader with experience in IT and digital transformation within supply chain, manufacturing, or wholesale environments. You should have a strong understanding of business processes and how technology drives efficiency and growth. Hands-on expertise with ERP systems such as SAP, Dynamics, or NetSuite is essential. Excellent leadership skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, and change management experience are required. You should be capable of building, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing IT and transformation teams.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead and develop our internal IT function to deliver a reliable, secure, and scalable technology environment. You will oversee the evolution and optimization of key business systems, including ERP, WMS, and automation platforms, while managing technology partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure value and performance. You will define our IT strategy and infrastructure improvements that align with our business goals. Additionally, you will design and implement a transformation roadmap focused on operational efficiency, automation, and innovation while collaborating across departments to ensure our technology solutions support business priorities. You will also drive digital adoption through effective communication, training, and engagement, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Description
As the Head of IT & Transformation, you will report to the Business Operations Director and lead a multi-disciplinary internal IT team. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver a transformation roadmap that modernizes our systems, enhances automation, and supports long-term scalability.
