Must:
We are looking for a highly motivated, adaptable, and eager-to-learn individual with a recent 2:1 (or above) degree in a STEM discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics). You should have strong experience in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++) and possess an analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
As a Graduate R&D Software Engineer, you will design and develop innovative software solutions in collaboration with our engineering team. You will build tools and methods for data gathering, preprocessing, and optimization for machine learning and algorithm development. Additionally, you will oversee and maintain our operational company systems (Linux-based), and contribute across a broad mix of R&D, software, data science, and technical problem-solving tasks.

This entry-level role offers you exposure to the full product development lifecycle, providing an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a collaborative, dynamic R&D environment. You will gain hands-on experience in software, data, and algorithm development within a scaling technology company, while working onsite near Cambridge. This position allows for close collaboration across engineering, research, and product teams, and gives you the chance to contribute to impactful projects and take ownership of initiatives.
