Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a strategic operator with a builder’s mindset. You must thrive on fixing broken processes, embedding change, and using technology to unlock efficiency and scale. You will need to be equally comfortable setting strategy at the board level and rolling up your sleeves to prototype solutions yourself. Key requirements include:
- A proven track record of leading cross-functional transformation in fast-paced environments.
- A curiosity and passion for how AI and automation can reshape business operations.
- A strong understanding of business operations, particularly in finance, customer service, and CRM-heavy teams.
- Technical confidence to collaborate effectively with Salesforce specialists, developers, and automation platforms.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, balancing speed, quality, and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
As our Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will set the vision and lead the transformation of our business systems and technology. Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning the technology roadmap and prioritizing the highest-impact automation and systems projects.
- Leading change across the organization, including finance, customer service, marketing, and investment, ensuring executive buy-in and ground-level adoption.
- Overseeing the delivery of internal projects, coordinating with Salesforce specialists, developers, analysts, and contractors.
- Selecting and implementing the right tools, including those from Salesforce, low-code platforms, and emerging AI/LLM solutions.
- Measuring and communicating impact by tracking time saved, costs reduced, and accuracy improved.
- Building and leading a high-performing function over time, growing our capability as the company scales.
- Championing innovation and an automation-first mindset throughout the organization.
Description
This is a unique opportunity to shape the role of CTO in a scaling, entrepreneurial business, redefining how technology drives growth and efficiency. If you have experience working in a lean, founder-led business, have driven the adoption of new systems or cultural changes across multiple teams, or possess hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations or low-code automation, you may be a perfect fit. We invite you to seize this chance to help redesign the future of work with us. If this sounds like the opportunity you’ve been waiting for, we would love to hear from you.
