Must:
- I require at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- You should have hands-on experience with Agile frameworks.
- A confident user of Confluence and Jira is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Strong project management and organizational skills are important.
- I expect a proactive, detail-focused approach and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- A degree-level education in IT, business, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- You will work with teams across the business to review systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Your role will involve gathering and analyzing data to create clear, actionable recommendations.
- Supporting delivery through Agile practices such as sprint planning and Scrum will be part of your duties.
- You will document and manage projects effectively using Confluence and Jira.
