Requirements
Must:

- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Experience with Office 365, Exchange, and on-premise environments.
- Confident with hardware installation, maintenance, and problem resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users, both remotely and on-site.
- Manage and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support Office 365, Exchange, and on-premise systems.
- Respond to and resolve tickets using the companys helpdesk system.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers as required.
- Maintain excellent communication with users, keeping them informed throughout the support process.
Description
We are seeking an experienced 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join our client-side IT team in Manchester. This is a hands-on role, providing support to end-users across hardware, software, and network issues.
