Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with React
- Proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript
- Expertise in Node.js
- Familiarity with Git
- Comfortable working across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure
- Eagerness to learn about scalable, real-time systems
- Collaborative team player with a passion for knowledge sharing
- Bonus: Experience with Redis, DynamoDB, Postgres or MySQL, WebSockets, AWS services (CloudFront, ECS, Lambda, S3, EC2, ElastiCache), Docker, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, infrastructure tooling (e.g. Pulumi), and build tools like Vite or Webpack
- Occasional exposure to PHP is a plus
Responsibilities
- Improve performance, reliability, and scalability of existing products
- Develop new features and services within the core platform
- Support infrastructure and deployment workflows
- Follow technical direction while contributing ideas and improvements
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues in time-sensitive environments
- Learn from senior team members and actively contribute to a collaborative culture

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our small, collaborative team and contribute across the entire technology stack. This is a hands-on role where you will work on live production systems, develop new platform capabilities, and ensure our products perform reliably when it matters most.
