Requirements
Must:
- I hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- I have a minimum of two years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a hardware or software environment.
- I possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- I demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- I am proficient in relevant programming languages and software tools.
- I have experience with documentation and technical writing.
- I can work independently and as part of a team.
- I hold a full, clean driving license.
Responsibilities
- I will build, test, debug, and document production-level systems and products.
- I will develop user guides, application notes, and demonstration materials.
- I am responsible for conducting technical demonstrations for customers and internal teams.
- I will provide timely and effective technical support to customers via email, phone, and in person.
- I will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products.
- I will collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve product quality and user experience.
