Responsibilities
In this role, I will depend on you to provide leadership across two development squads within our engineering team. You will be responsible for fostering an inclusive and diverse engineering culture that attracts top talent. Additionally, you will support and mentor software engineers, helping them to grow both personally and professionally. Close collaboration with business leaders will be key to driving company progress, and you will promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing across teams.

You will report directly to the CTO and Directors, overseeing four engineering squads and driving technical direction while collaborating with senior management and clients. This role includes a balance of 30% hands-on coding and 70% broader management responsibilities, encompassing systems, compliance, and security.
