Responsibilities
- Resolve I.T. queries and issues faced by employees as swiftly as possible
- Adhere to monthly allocated support hours from external I.T. support companies
- Conduct on-site visits across UK locations where applicable
- Assist with the implementation, installation and/or change of software systems
- Support training of company employees regarding I.T. systems/software
- Implement general company policies and procedures related to I.T.
- Successfully execute company IT project tasks as detailed by management
- Assist with I.T. budget management to control budget & spending
