Head of IT Operations

- Define and execute the IT operations roadmap in alignment with business objectives - Lead and develop high-performing teams across IT infrastructure, IT support, web development, and network operations - Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement - Lead the planning and execution of strategic IT operational projects - Collaborate with various teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery - Establish project governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms - Manage the Magento Web Developer to ensure alignment with company strategy - Report project updates and reviews to senior management - Oversee data operations, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements (SLAs) - Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols and risk management practices - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001) - Own IT policies, conducting regular audits and assessments - Oversee IT support functions for timely resolution of incidents and requests - Monitor service performance and drive user experience improvements - Manage escalation processes and root cause analysis - Develop and manage the IT operations budget - Lead procurement of hardware, software, and services - Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend beneficial adoptions - Oversee management of the IT asset register
