Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience working in a project environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead discovery or early-phase project activities
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams (e.g., designers, developers, product owners, analysts)
- Experience supporting teams through the full agile delivery lifecycle
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Warm, friendly, and collaborative working style with a focus on team empowerment
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the Discovery Phase to establish project scope, objectives, risks, constraints, and high-level timelines
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, resource allocations, and risk logs
- Closely collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, align expectations, and ensure a shared understanding of desired outcomes
- Identify opportunities to refine processes, improve team dynamics, and enhance delivery outcomes
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritised backlog
- Promote an environment of collaboration, transparency, and high-quality communication
- Champion agile ways of working and help mature agile capability across the organisation
- Build strong, positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers
- Foster a culture of openness, trust, and shared ownership
- Encourage cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
