Requirements
Must:
- 7 years of experience in software development, specifically with C/C++/C# SDK expertise.
- A strong background in driver integration, cross-platform development, and GUI design.
- Comfort with low-level development, including drivers, firmware, and FPGA integration.
- A solid understanding of software architecture, CI/CD, version control, and testing methodologies.
- Technical leadership skills, with the ability to mentor others and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead SDK architecture and development for Windows/Linux systems utilized by both internal teams and customers.
- Design intuitive GUIs for R&D, production, and customer demonstrations.
- Integrate third-party hardware drivers (including USB3, CoaXPress, and CameraLink).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, QA, and product teams.
- Mentor and upskill a growing software team to enhance technical capabilities.
- Bring maturity to development processes through strong architecture, validation, and quality assurance practices.
- Engage in hands-on product work and participate in occasional customer visits.

Your contributions will span the full product lifecycle, from concept to deployment, helping to shape tools that power cutting-edge applications in surveillance, space, and defense.
