Requirements
Must:
- 5 years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of bringing valuable products to market
- Technical skillset matched with commercial awareness
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with autonomy and responsibility
- Customer-obsessed mindset, using data and experimentation to solve problems and drive continuous improvement
- Exposure to AI/ML opportunities is ideal
- Demonstrated success working collaboratively with Engineering, Commercial, and other teams to deliver business outcomes
- Ability to understand systems and integrations
Responsibilities
- Co-create the product vision/roadmap
- Define the product vision ensuring it aligns with business goals and prioritizes the roadmap to drive long-term success
- Identify market opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and make data-driven decisions to guide product development
- Be accountable for the delivery of valuable working product and software
- Deliver new iterations of existing products using agile methodologies
- Acquire and manage knowledge to improve our solutions
- Lead the development of innovative solutions, monitor features, performance, and process
- Understand and manage business, social, technical, and cost/schedule risks
- Establish ways of working with the team, including planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Contribute to visualizing, measuring, and tracking the flow of work within the team, optimizing for value delivered
- Manage the product backlog, balancing scope, budget, and time to prioritize objectives and map out dependencies
- Understand the market, including the competitor landscape
