Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience in DevOps and CI/CD implementation. You should have strong experience with VMware and be proficient in AWS, Azure, or GCP. Expertise in tools such as Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, Terraform, Ansible, and Docker is essential. Additionally, you should be skilled in scripting languages (Python, Ruby, etc.) and have a strong foundation in automation. Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities are also crucial.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead and mentor a small, high-impact DevOps team. You will architect and automate CI/CD pipelines, ensuring they incorporate built-in security and compliance. Your goal will be to drive infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform and Ansible, in conjunction with modern DevOps toolchains. Collaboration with development teams will be key, as you will enable push-button deployments. We also expect you to stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve our DevOps practices.
