Requirements
Must:
- 4+ years in a Software Engineering position focused on Java development
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in either Spring Boot or J2EE
- Able to utilize AI-driven development tools (e.g. Windsurf, Claude Code, Llama) to accelerate delivery and maintain high code quality
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable RESTful APIs
- Strong command of Git, CI/CD pipelines and modern software development methodologies
Responsibilities
- Understand merchant and partner needs, problems, and expectations
- Address expectations through high quality, innovative solutions
- Improve the software development process, methodologies, and tools through automation and simplification
- Assist with software deployment activities to internal test environments and production data center
- Collaborate with team members to ensure deliverables are technically accurate and timely
- Identify critical activities & tasks on projects, helping with estimation and planning
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of status and resolution of issues
