Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a software engineering leadership or management role
- Strong technical background in C# .Net
- Experience building and scaling distributed systems or cloud-based applications

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, supporting their technical and professional growth
- Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects on time and to a high standard
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Data to define and deliver product roadmaps
- Establish and maintain best practices in software development, architecture, and quality assurance
- Manage team performance, including setting goals, conducting reviews, and supporting career progression
- Contribute to strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
