We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- At least 6 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years developing intelligent agents and bots.
- Experience in intelligent agent development with Microsoft Power Platform is ideal.
- A strong expertise in creating prompts to guide Large Language Models (LLMs) and ensure desired agent behavior.
- A solid understanding of current IT trends.
- Proven track record in managing projects and changes, gathering requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain intelligent agents and bots to enhance efficiency and solve problems throughout the company.
- Ensure that internally developed agents align with company objectives, policies, and standards.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to integrate all agents and bots into production systems and processes.
- Plan, design, and prototype intelligent agents and bots capable of reasoning and acting to resolve complex issues.
- Develop autonomous systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Integrate agents and bots with the necessary tools, data, and services for optimal operation.
- Liaise with stakeholders focused on AI platforming, software engineering, data governance, etc., to ensure compliance and security.
- Serve as the focal point for all matters related to agent engineering.
